Once a month we will offer gymnastics classes for Parent and Tot, Preschool and Girls Gymnastics ages 5-8 years.
Parent and Tot (18mths-3 yrs)
Classes are designed for children ages 18 months – 3 years old with the assistance of a parent or guardian. An instructor will lead the parent and tot through several obstacle courses and experience the fundamentals of gymnastics taught in the simplest form. Games and manipulatives are combined to create a safe and fun environment and allow the child the opportunity to learn to socialize and increase fine and gross motor skills. Must have 5 students to hold class.
Dates: January 16th, February 13th, March 13th and April 3rd
Time: 5:00-5:40pm
Cost: $15 per class
Preschool (3-4.5 yrs)
Classes are designed for children ages 3 – 4.5 years old where we focus on teaching basic motor skills, socialization and the simplest gymnastics skills. Obstacle courses and games are combined to create a fun and safe atmosphere. Specialized preschool equipment from both men’s and women’s events will be represented during lesson plans. Must have 5 students to hold class.

Cost: $16 per class
Girls Gymnastics (5-9 yrs)
Girls gymnastics classes are designed for girls ages 5–8 years old where we focus on introducing the fundamentals of gymnastics and skill building. Students will improve coordination, body control, strength and social skills while experiencing all of the gymnastics events, such as vault, uneven bars, balance beams, floor exercise and trampoline. Students will only work on 2 events each class. Must have 5 students to hold class.
